The cocktail recipes below are perfect for holiday season and beyond. The best part? They not only taste ah-mazing, but they’re guilt-free, too.

Apple Cider Sangria

What you’ll Need:
1 bottle white wine
2 1/2 cups fresh apple cider
2 cinnamon sticks
1 cup vodka
2 apples, chopped
1 orange, chopped
1 tablespoon raw honey
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup pomegranate seeds

What to do:
Chop apple and orange and place in the bottom of pitcher with pomegranate seeds. Add in wine, apple cider, cinnamon sticks, vodka, honey, and cinnamon. Stir and serve with ice.

Pomegranate Mojito

What you’ll Need:
⅓ cup pomegranate juice, light

1 tbsp. lime juice

1 oz rum, preferably white

¼ tsp stevia or to taste

½ cup champagne

ice

pomegranate arils for decoration
What to do:
In a glass add pomegranate juice, lime juice, rum and sugar, mix well. Fill the glass with ice cubes and top it off with the champagne. Top with Pomegranate arils.

 

 

Homemade Eggnog

What you’ll Need:
2 1/4 cups Green Valley Organics Plain Kefir

4 eggs

1/3 cup sugar

1 tsp Bourbon Vanilla

1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)

nutmeg and/or cinnamon sticks for garnish

 

What to do:
Whip eggs using a whisk or mixer. Mix the kefir, sugar, and eggs in a heavy sauce pan over medium-low heat. Cook for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly, or until mixture reaches 160 degrees to ensure eggs are cooked. The mixture should coat a a wooden spoon with foam. Pour mixture into a glass pitcher with a lid and refrigerate for 24 hours. Before serving, garnish with cinnamon stick or freshly ground nutmeg.

 

Mulled Wine

What you’ll Need:
1 bottle red wine (750ml) merlot
1/4 cup brandy
3 cups unsweetened apple cider
1/4 cup honey
4 cinnamon sticks
1 vanilla bean, cut lengthwise
1 tsp cloves
3 star anise
1 cup chopped citrus (variety)

 

What to do:
In a large pot on low-medium heat, bring the wine, brandy, apple cider, and honey to a low boil.

Add the cinnamon, vanilla bean, cloves, and star anise. Turn down the temperature to low, and simmer for 30 minutes.

Just before serving add the chopped citrus. Mulled wine can be left on the stove to heat for many hours.  It can also be stored in the fridge and reheated the next day. Add a cup of mulled wine, a cinnamon stick, and some of the chopped fruit to each glass.
