This month we are all about Pilates Plus trainer, Keona Ramos-Bond. Keona is a Lagree success story. She has been doing Lagree fitness for 10 months and has already lost 70 pounds and 11 inches off her waist! Holy moly!

 

What keeps her motivated? Keona believes you should never let your mind get in the way and to never overthink exercising. The mind will always come up with excuses for why you can’t workout or need to stop. Just show up to the studio and get your work out on. Your mind and body will thank you later.
