If you’re anything like us, there’s nothing you love more than sipping a refreshing smoothie after an ass-kicking Lagree class. But come summer, we’re whipping up delicious smoothies for more than just post-Lagree treats, and we can’t wait to share our faves with you. Delicious, nutritious, and perfectly filling, the smoothies below are made for all day, every day (whether you’re chillin’ by the pool or refreshing after a Lagree class).

Mint Chip Smoothie
Recipe via loveandlemons.com
Perfect as a healthy breakfast treat or post-pool snack, this summer-ready smoothie literally tastes like chocolate chip ice cream. Trust us – there’s nothing better.

What You’ll Need:
4 frozen coconut milk ice cubes
1½ cup frozen spinach leaves
¼ cup mint leaves, frozen
3 soft medjool dates
1½ tablespoon cacao nibs
3 tablespoons 365 Everyday Value® Pea Protein
1 to 1½ cup almond milk, or as needed to blend
optional garnishes: coconut cream, mint leaves, cacao nibs

What to do:
Blend ingredients in a blender, and add almond milk as needed to thin out.

Vegan Mango Smoothie
Recipe via kitchentreaty.com
Light and coconut-y, this creamy smoothie tastes so tropical, it literally screams poolside.

What you’ll Need:
1 cup fresh washed spinach leaves, packed (I generally use packaged, pre-washed baby spinach)
1 cup fresh or frozen mango cubes
1/2 medium banana
3/4 cup light canned coconut milk (can substitute almond milk, but the end result might not be as creamy and won’t taste coconutty)
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup ice cubes
What to do:
Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into glasses, add toppings if desired, and serve with a straw.
